Each open todo carries a coloured age — Fresh, Aging, Old, Stale — and a relative age in days or weeks. A retry copies the row forward but keeps the original lineage, so "attempt 3" survives the move.

Events cluster on a central spine, alternating sides, with month headers inside each year. Tag entries as personal or work. Mark recurring dates and Suite keeps the timeline uncluttered — original event, last anniversary, and the next upcoming one.

First line is the title; each subsequent line becomes an item. To edit, re-paste the block — the form pre-fills with open items and reconciles by exact text match. Done items are never touched.

Categories: feature, collaboration, learning, process, fix, other. Impact: routine, notable, high. Star the ones worth pulling up at review time — the Review Prep view filters by date range and surfaces only the highlights.

Each row shows tenure (frozen at archive date for ex-reports), the last entry's relative age, and an amber Stale pill when nothing's been logged for four weeks. A small anniversary mark surfaces in the week either side of someone's start-date anniversary.

One row per passport, grouped by urgency. A small dot appears in the sidebar when anything is in the amber or red window — and at 8 a.m. local time, Suite sends one email per passport that's newly crossed a threshold. Once, not every day.

A nightly job snapshots each day's open-todo bucket at your local midnight, so the trend fills in over the first 60 days of use. The heatmap shows the last 12 weeks at a glance.
